By using SupportPilot AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SupportPilot AI is an AI-powered customer support automation platform. It integrates with your email, messaging channels, and e-commerce platform to automate customer support responses using artificial intelligence.

3. Account & Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
• One account per business entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the AI models
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to process

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving them
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for compliance with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

6. Pricing & Billing

• Pricing is as displayed on our website at time of subscription
• Shopify billing is managed through Shopify's Billing API
• Standalone billing is managed through Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

SupportPilot AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or customer dissatisfaction resulting from AI-generated responses.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting support
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 48 hours

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
